3CXPhone for Windows – Help

By April 28, 2011 | 1 Comments

3CXPhone is a Windows application that functions as an IP phone and allows you to make and receive calls using a head set or via the microphone and speakers of your computer.

3CXPhone for Windows is free, although you need to have a VoIP provider or VoIP PBX account from a 3rd party to make and receive calls free of charge or at low cost (depending on the provider). 3CX does not provide such a service. You can find a list of VoIP providers here.

Documentation, Help and Support

Please note that as 3CXPhone is free it is only supported via the forums. If you are a customer of 3CX with a support package, you can open a support ticket via the online portal.

3CXPhone is also available on other platforms. For more information, please see 3CXPhone for iPhone here and 3CXPhone for Android here.
