Deerfield.com develops an add on for 3CX that integrates their VisNetic MailFlow with 3CX Phone System. Visnetic Mailflow is an affordable email management and email customer service software, that allows you to distribute, process, and track messages sent to generic email inboxes such as sales@, support@, and info@. It also allows you to access the entire email history of any customer and leverage a standard response library . With the Deerfield Add on for Visnetic, a pop up window with the customer email history appears when an inbound call is received, displaying the contact record of the caller and email history. Infosys develops a 3CX plug-in for SugarCRM to be fully integrated into the 3CX Assistant. You can place calls directly from within SugarCRM simply by clicking on any phone number. When a call arrives at your extension, a screen pop-up displays the caller’s information, and SugarCRM displays the contact in your web browser. If the caller can’t be found in SugarCRM, a link is provided to automatically create a new contact in SugarCRM. When a call is finished, the plug-in automatically adds call information to your SugarCRM Contact history. Missed calls are also added.

CallerID Intelligence is a light weight WPF based application that runs reverse phone number lookups on personal and business phone numbers, displaying critical business and demographic data and visual location information. Additionally you can send SMS text messages back to phone numbers. CallerID Intelligence is power with data services by StrikeIron and their partners and utilizes Microsoft Virtual Earth™. Integration with telephony systems for instant caller-id pop up can be supported upon request if not already available. A paid subscription to StrikeIron is required for new reverse lookups to run.
