Vtiger CRM Integration with 3CX

Integrate your 3CX PBX with Vtiger CRM and increase staff productivityYes, you read correctly! We have added yet another CRM integration to the list of out of the box integrated CRMs that come with 3CX V15 PRO. Just like all the other integrations we have brought to you in the last two months this one is also straightforward and super-easy! By choosing to integrate your PBX with your CRM application you achieve increased productivity in addition to the following:

  • Call with Hot Keys – Use the 3CX Hot Key funtionality and initiate calls directly from your Vtiger CRM (read more about using Hot Keys)
  • Call Pop-ups – The customer record is brought up to you automatically during a call
  • Call Journals – Calls are logged as call records in the CRM
  • Create a new contact automatically when a call is received from an unknown number

So go ahead and read the Vtiger CRM Integration guide and see for yourself just how easy it really is.
The 3CX Plugins are available from within the Management Console under the Updates tab.

3CX also integrates with other CRM systems which can be found here. If your CRM is not in the list you can develop your own plugin, more information here. If you do not have development resources to create your own plugin, then you can fill in the 3CX CRM Integration Suggestion Form and the integration will be considered by 3CX.

    Dear Nicky Borg,

Here is a mail I received from a vtiger support staff, please clarify it’s safe to integrate with vtiger, also clarify if its vtiger desktop you are referring to or to cloud vtiger.

(We do not provide integration with 3cx officially.

We have a list of integrations for Phonecalls and list can be seen in this link – https://helpdocs.vtiger.com/docs/phone-calls

Please contact the 3cx team and check if they are providing the integration from their end via an API.

    Best Regards,
