Successful 3CX USA Partner training

Submitted by on June 28, 2010 – 11:43 am4 Comments

3CX organized a series of training days at the Microsoft New York Metro District building and the Microsoft Northwest District Office in San Francisco.  Kevin Attard Compagno, Technical support manager covered many aspects of the 3CX Phone System including Version 9, installing the 3CX Phone System, troubleshooting, common issues, hints, IP phone provisioning and more topics. Many thanks to all of our partners who attended and for the positive feedback on the technical training!

The training was very good. I look forward to taking the certification test.

    Thanks so much.

I really appreciate the effort that was put into the presentations in San Francisco. I have never been to a sales or partner meeting where a customer came in, as an evangelist, for a product. Not only was he endorsing 3CX he had the technical nuts to teach us all something too.

The training presented by Kevin was excellent, I especially enjoyed his comment, “anything is possible with a screwdriver and a credit card”.

  • Arif says:

    Thanks Kavin for best effort.

    Thanks

  • Nick, Brian and Kevin:

Great job! Well organized in a very conducive environment. Well laid out agenda and Kevin’s high tech approach with the funny remarks kept all interested and created a fun event. It isn’t often that I saty more than 2-3 hours and this was truly interesting and not boring at all. Two thumbs up ;-) Thank YOU!
