Hi, I have installed the 3CX phone system and the IP phones are registered but idle, I applied all the standard procedure for provisioning the phone but I am unable to make a call to another IP phone extension. Will any body help me out to work it functionally.

    • @Samiullah – If phone registers but you cannot make calls, it means that something is configured incorrectly in the phones or you are using some strange phones. It would be a good start to mention what phones you are using for this simple test. You need to open a support request. support@3cx.com

Looking to have VoIP system for two locations. One in Toowoomba the other in Brisbane. We also have two mobile phones these are unlocked. We have free mobile to mobile for the two handsets. Toowoomba has two lines with fax, three handsets & two cordless phones. Brisbane has one line & a cordless handset with a shared fax. Want to reduce phone and ISP costs presently about $380/m for phones (lines&mobile). ISP is about. $300/m. Total about $600 to $700 per month.
What do you have available to address our needs?
