3CX Wants to Hear From You

Even though the 3CX Team works hard on developing the latest IP PBX VoIP software for you, we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong. When that happens, we want to hear from you. We have now made it easier for you to contact us and let us know if you feel we can improve our service towards you.

If you have a complaint with our sales or support teams, or are unhappy with our service or software, please let us know by emailing us at complaints@3cx.com. In the past, we have received some complaints via our forums and Facebook Page which makes it hard to keep track and to respond. All complaints received via the complaints email address will be dealt with by management in a timely manner.

    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

    I have the software “3CX Phone for Windows 6” installed. For VoIP / SIP ‘provider’ I’m using my internet router, an AVM Fritz!Box 7390.

    First, the phone software works very well. There’s just a small flaw: a checkbox description in the configuration got clipped.
    It’s the description of the “Prevent answering popup from stealing focus …” which is clipped in the german translation – the text is just too long to fit into the window and the important part of the text got cut off.
    Maybe it’s possible to make the window either wider or preserve a second text line below the checkboxes for translated descriptions.

    Second, I think you should mention your software works for internet routers with build-in SIP server; unfortunately I’m unable to provide a complete list of manufacturers, models or even firmwares which provide these functionality (yes, some AVM boxes for example had to “learn” being a SIP server with firmware updates).

    Third (and finally) I have a question: Is there a manual for the software which can be downloaded? I just found the Online Help on your web site.

      We can get the UI to show properly. Maybe shorten the text to make it more compact.
      Re-built in routers with built in sip servers – Our softphone works with everything as long as the server/voip provider implements SIP correctly. No I find this a detail we do not need to bother about. Also in your case, you should disable the functionality in the Fritzbox and let the device do what it was originally built to do – A router/firewall. Now is a good opportunity for you to consider using 3CX Phone System.

    We are using 3CX and MyPhone on our Mac-based computer system for 12 people. Myphone works great. I really appreciate the product. Wonder if you’ve decided what will replace Silverlight? And in choosing the replacement are you considering your Mac MyPhone users? Thanks for your reply, as this is big issue for my firm and we anxiously await this move.
