When Pluss, the UK’s largest social enterprise, needed to buy and install a 270 handset VoIP phone system in record time, they chose 3CX. Martin Langmaid, the Technology Architect of Pluss Connect who oversaw the 3CX deployment, later had the opportunity to review the work and detail it in a concise manner. The below video shows how they prepared for the roll out and how they installed 3CX Phone System. Thanks to detailed planning and 3CX auto-provisioning features 200 handsets were all ready for use within 48 hours.

“This is the first time since we have installed 3CX that I have had to take a moment and look back over what we have achieved, and when I think about it, it really was quite an achievement… when you consider that there were 30+ sites spread across the whole of the UK. We did this of course by taking advantage of the Yealink auto-provisioning features in 3CX and it worked right ‘out of the box’  so it is perhaps more of a reflection of 3CX’s usability.” – Martin Langmaid.
