Support Center Availability During the Festive Season

3CX Support Center End of 2011 ScheduleKindly note that the 3CX Support Center shall be operating normally during the festive season with the exception of the days below:

  • 21st December – Open until 1:30PM Eastern Standard time / 7:30pm Central European Time
  • 24th December – Closed
  • 25th December – Closed
  • 26th December – Closed
  • 31st December – Closed
  • 1st January – Closed

All Support Center Operations shall return to normal as of 2nd January 2012

    @John – Im sure Babytel have their own support service. You can contact their support service if you have a problem. 3CX works with any SIP VoIP Provider that implements the Sip Standard. However if the VoIP Provider is not in the Add Provider list in 3CX Management console, then it MAY be more difficult for you to configure this provider. Simply because the most important benefit of having a VoIP Provider supported in 3CX is that we ship a one click configuration template that gets the provider working with 3CX out of the box. Without this you need to ask assistance from the provider.
