Forwarding Rules – New Recorded Webinar

Every PBX has extensions provisioned which communicate with each other and the outside world. There are times though when the user may not be available for whatever reason.

Based on the status of the extension, you can have different call forwardings. There are 5 different phone states: Available, Away, Out of Office, Available 2 and Out of Office 2.

In the following recorded webinar, we demonstrate the different states the phone can be in, and the options available when in each state.

In the call forwarding rules we can also find the exceptions, which can be added on a per extension basis, to give priority to a number or block it from coming through to the extension.
