    Looks like UTF-8 character set is not supported into Fanvil phones, regardless of upgrade to latest firmware. Characters other than ASCII-7 are skipped into caller’s name or phonebook entries into Fanvil phone display, so this makes impossible using the phone outside US market.

    • Hi Orlin, just tried with russian and greek caracters in phonebook and in caller name and no problems. Feel free to open a ticket in our support portal if issue remains after factory reset/reprovisioning.
