3CX Grows North American Footprint with Expansion of US Office in Dallas
LONDON UK & DALLAS, TEXAS 26 August 2014 – 3CX, developer of the award-winning Windows VoIP PBX 3CX Phone System, announces the expansion of its North American operations to Dallas, Texas. The new office will provide a base for 3CX’s rapidly growing operations in the United States and Canada.
Dallas provides the ideal location for 3CX’s latest North American office as a longstanding centre for the US telecoms and tech sector. The office is well-located next to the ‘Telecom Corridor’, named after the high number of telecoms businesses which are based there.

North American Growth Strategy
3CX’s expansion in the North American market is part of an ongoing global strategy to bring 3CX Phone System to corporations and institutions worldwide. In June this year, 3CX welcomed its third US distributor, Target Distributing. Along with existing distributors, 888VoIP and ABPTech, 3CX plans to double its network of partners in order to meet the increased demand for 3CX Phone System. This sales growth is set to rise as businesses switch from proprietary phone systems to more cost-effective and feature-rich software based solutions.
New Office to Provide Local Training & Support
The new office will provide technical training and marketing support to enable 3CX partners and distributors to take full advantage of the growing North American UC market. Having recently held free training events in New York, San Francisco, Florida and Texas, 3CX is actively supporting its partners to increase their revenues by expanding their knowledge of 3CX Phone System.
