		<description>This is the greatest innovation besides the 3cx system itself yet.  If this gets utilized and continually enhanced this has the potential to put a lot of IVR development companies completely out of business (unless they jump on the 3CX bandwagon themselves)</description>

		<description>Call center managers are going to love this.  I quickly parsed the manual and I&#039;m impressed with the feature set and ease of use.  One small enhancement you may want to consider in future release is to provide some way to pass 3CX Assistant a custom value from the voice application.  For example, if the user entered an account number, I&#039;d like to be easily have 3CX Assistant to be able to pass that value to CRM application.  It would make for a much more robust CRM integration than relying on phone number lookup.  In any case, this is great addition to your product lineup.</description>
