Is there by chance any release notes on this update?
I just noticed on the “Presence Information” view. Not the large view the small view it now shows the bridge connections. If I’m not mistaken that was not there before.
Just wondering what other little additions are in there that are not mentioned.

    August 26, 2014 at 6:34 am
    • @Tucker – There are some little improvements yes – but the main purpose of the blog post was Webmeeting related. We are going to make a complete 3CX Phone System update soon and all the changes will be described there.

  3. When will we see these updates roll into Cloud Server?

What are the future plans for updates rolled out for standalone vs cloud servers?

    August 26, 2014 at 12:38 pm
    • @Darr – The updates we make for standalone are the same updates that are seen by CLoud Server.
If you have a cloud server, then you can go to the 3CX Cloud Server Service pack update Application and you will see the same update is available for 3CX Cloud Servers.

The download link above for the full Windows client installer still downloads the prior version (12.0.36097.670). Is there an updated link to download the full client install package?

    August 27, 2014 at 3:33 pm
    • @Jody – The full client installation will be updated later. Download the version 12.0.36097 and update via service pack.

I applied the SP 6.1 update and my windows phones stopped working – after very prompt assistance from 3CX support we established that my Anti-Virus was categorising the new 3CX dll file as a game and preventing it running. By adding the 3CX folder in as an exclusion all was back to normal. Thanks Nicky for the very prompt support and fix.

Having been thrown in to 3CX support and trying to figure out just what is going on on our phone system, can you tell me if these service packs are cumalative, our system has SP4 applied, do I need to apply SP 5 and 6 or can I go straight to SP6.1

    November 18, 2014 at 9:03 pm
    • @Dave Sp4 means you have not updated your system for nearly 6 months.
Start updating please – You need to update one after the other. Should not take you more than 10 minutes. Packages are small (approx 20 megs each). You need to go to 5,6 and finally 6.1.
