3CX client for iOS: Update Available

New update for the iOS client for 3CX PBXThere’s a new iOS update available for download today! This latest update is focused on giving the 3CX iOS app an even faster response time than before. The 3CX app is free and offers users many benefits; the main one being increased mobility by being able to take their office extension with them wherever they go, attend conference calls on the go and transfer calls to colleagues directly from your iOS device. The main improvements of this release are:

  • Application starts up faster making app more responsive
  • Faster dialing and redialing of phone numbers
  • App connects and syncs contacts with the PBX faster

  1. Well done Team 3CX. In our current smart phone world, why would anyone want a new office phone system that doesn’t have fully integrated iPhone and Android phone support and yet 3CX phone system is the only choice that includes this. 3CX ver 15 now has a their free version that allows try before buy with a very usable 8 calls license that will support an office of upwards of 25 people.

  2. My team uses 3CX on their iPhones. Every time a non-3CX call comes in, the original call is forced onto call-waiting (complete with the call-waiting audio loop) until the incoming cell phone call is dealt with. This is so disruptive in a conference call or client call environment. Please continue to put pressure on Apple about the way IOS interacts with VOIP apps like 3CX.

    Give us an Update for Android with “aggressive latency reduction” Its possible (see Zoiper SIP client). YOU GUYS CAN DO IT! :)
