Phenomenal software so far! We just had our sip trunking service installed and I couldn't get our CUCME to pass the traffic to Exchange 2010. I switched the trunk to 3CX with Exchange 2010 UM and it works great! Running the system on a Windows 7 under Hyper-V for both UM and 3CX and saves quite a bit of power and rack space.

Yes it works like this - when you update the 3CX assistants on the server all the assistants will download from the server.

Upgraded our system with no difficulty. Like the others the system is running cleanly with no issues to report. Updtaes without having to manually uninstall is a boon.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks Matt and Lewis for all the good feedback. We are working as fast as we can :-)

When more information is available about future releases we will post but for now we have plenty of new things in v8 :-)

Upgraded, and phone system still working - that's a good sign :)

Agree with Matt, the automated updates, and centralised updating for the Assistant are excellent additions, as well as the bug fixes.

3CX is evolving really well and keeps to it's core values of simplicity and doesn't over complicate the UI when adding additional functionality.

Be interested to know the roadmap and pipeline for future releases.
