Why is my phone deregistering if the phone is pushed to the background? I don’t have this issue on version 12. I tested on two android phones and IOS. The rest to the hard phones are permanently registered and are working fine including the trunks.

@Zwe, Thanks for your question. In v14 when the Android and iOS clients are pushed to the background the 3CXPhone will unregistered after 10 seconds, to save on battery consumption. Now this is where Push comes in. When a call is received, providing push has been configured for Android, 3CXPhone will receive a notification to register and you will be able to take the call from the locked screen. iOS is the same the only difference is that Apple Push is automatically configured when you set up your 3CX Phone System v14. Google Push servers have to be set up and configured manually in the management Console under Settings > Push. When you create extensions users are automatically enabled for Push but if you set up users before your configure Google Push then the 3CXPhone for Android will need to be re-provisioned. Here is the documentation on how to configure Apple and Google Push with 3CXPhone System: http://www.3cx.com/docs/configuring-google-push. For Apple Push you just refer to the firewall configuration settings section: http://www.3cx.com/docs/configuring-apple-push/. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with regarding this. Thank you.
