3CX has extensive technical support resources including manuals, forums, configuration guides and paid support options.  3CX Technical Support is available via our Support Portal for 3CX Partners (free) or with a 3CX Support package (Extra charge). IP Phone & Softphone Configuration Guides & Help

Step by Step configuration guides for popular supported IP phones & Softphones. Use ONLY SUPPORTED phones!  These are extensively tested by 3CX, integrated into our Management Console and our Support Department are able to provide first level support on the phones too.

To tunnel remote extensions, consider using the 3CX SIP Proxy Manager. Install on a Windows machine and proxy one or more IP phones and overcome NAT traversal issues

VoIP Gateways, Providers & SIP Trunks

You can connect 3CX to the PSTN using a VoIP Gateway or by using a VoIP provider or SIP trunk. Step by Step configuration guides for SUPPORTED VoIP Gateways, allowing you to connect 3CX to the PSTN:
