Text chat feature

The text chat feature allows you to start a text chat with other 3CX users. To do this:

1. Select the user you wish to initiate a chat with.
2. Right-click and select chat or click the chat button in the tool bar. Alternatively select the chat option from the action menu.
3. Enter the message text and click ‘Send’.

Note: To chat with other users, they must have 3CX Assistant running!
