MyPhone
The MyPhone user portal is a web based portal that allows you to manage your extension settings via the web. Within the MyPhone user portal you can:
- Change your voice mail PIN
- View Missed Calls
- View all your outbound and inbound calls
- Edit your personal phonebook
- Set your status
- Blacklist callers
- Listen to your voice mail
- Configure forwarding of calls when away, out of the office or on the phone.
Home page
Once you login, you can see your extension details and you can also set your status and login or log out of the Queues:
- Set Your Status: Allows you to set your presence – Available, Away, Out of Office, Custom #1, Custom #2
- Login or Logout of the of the Queues: To receive calls from any of the queues, you must be logged in to the queues.
