Logging in to MyPhone
To login to the MyPhone user portal:
- Select ‘MyPhone’ Home from the MyPhone menu in the 3CX Assistant. This will log you in automatically using the credentials you have entered in 3CX Assistant.
- Alternatively, if you have not installed 3CX Assistant, you can launch your web browser and navigate to: :/Myphone/”>http://<phone-system>:<port>/Myphone/, where <phone-system> is the name or IP of the phone system server and <port> is the port of the webserver, which is usually 80.
- Specify your extension number and PIN and click ‘Login’.
- After successful login, your current settings will be shown.
