MyPhone: Exceptions/Blacklist

Using the Exceptions feature you can black list or block a specific caller ID. Calls from black listed callers can be dropped or even forwarded to another destination. To black list a number:

1. Open your MyPhone portal
2. Click on the Forwarding Rules tab followed by the Exceptions tab
3. Click on Add Rule and enter the caller ID you want to block.
4. Specify the hours you want this rule to trigger – in this case we will block calls originating with CID “1452566448″ during all hours to End the call.

Note: It is recommended that not more than 15 rules are created per extension.
