Phonebook
The personal phonebook allows you to create a list of personal numbers which you can use as speed dials from the 3CX Assistant interface. To manage the phone entries, switch to the phonebook tab. You can Add, Edit or Delete entries by clicking the appropriate toolbar button. To trigger a call to a person in the phonebook, click on the ‘Call’ button in the 3CX Assistant toolbar and type the name of the person you wish to call.
Importing Phonebook entries
You can import phonebook entries from a CSV file. The format should be as follows:
First name, Last name, Phone number
Each phonebook entry should be on a new line.
