Connect your Apple iPhone to 3CX Phone System

Submitted by on June 24, 2009 – 9:07 pm5 Comments

For those of you who adore the Apple iPhone or even iPod Touch, it is possible to connect your iPhone to 3CX Phone System. It requires the purchase of a small SIP phone from Appstore, but the voice quality is good and its fairly easy to use.

You can view the full configuration guide here:

Fring.com free and make same job. Great quality and easy in installation and configuration. Tested with IPhone and nokia N95.

however, the quality of sound is much much better using this SIP client. Fring quality is not as good because it uses one or more proxy servers.

    Cool,
One more tip that give me the opportunity to move to Iphone.

Mine is the latest one (3GS – 32 Gb)

This works great with mine. The advantage of the SIPHONE client from VNET Corp is to setup different profile to uses the Iphone IN or OUT the company. Unfortunatly, fring can only setup one SIP account.

The main default is that carriers only allow Wifi VOIP except if you accept to take risk with jailbreak… but it is an other story :-)
