Video calls with 3CX Phone System

We often get asked if 3CX supports video. Yes it does! All you need of course is a phone that is capable of video, such as a Counterpath Bria. The phone must not be working in bypass mode, i.e. it must be connecting directly to the other extension. You can find a complete config guide for the Bria here:

We do have plans adding video capability to 3CXPhone, although this will not be available before the end of the year.
