  4. I have the Multi Tenant up and running in a data center. Works well so far. I would like to connect our Portech we have here at the office to it. I can get it to register but no audio. I have opened 9000-9049 and 7000-7049 (to test) and still nothing, any suggestions?

  5. @Nick – Couple of suggestions: You can start wireshark and see why you have no audio. You do not need to port forward 7000-7049 range of ports on the firewall. Those are for local audio.
YOu can also contact portech to see what options are needed – (maybe there is something misconfigured)

How does MyPhone work in this case? Do all tenants connect on port 5000? And related, phone provisioning – how does this work in practice?
Otherwise, well done 3CX, thanks for looking after your Partners.
