    Dear anyone,

    We are enjoying the hundreds of 3CX functionalities, however, we still have no working Music on Hold functionality.
    Our 3CX in Holland has difficulties in solving the problem as well.

    Can anyone help at all?

    Thank you for your feedback. The music on hold requires that you record a wav file according to the format specified in the manual. Or else use the standard music on hold file. Most people use an MP3 file or a wav file not recorded according to the specs and in this case your music on hold will not sound right. If you still have issues, please use our support portal to open a support ticket.
