Using the VoIP client as an example it walks you through the process of configuring extensions that reside outside your LAN.

    300 seconds = 5 minutes, not 10 minutes.

    Hi,

    I did not get this working until I enabled nat mapping in addition to all that was done in this tutorial. The setting can be found in the Ext tab under Nat Mapping Enable:
