3CX Wallboard User Manual
This user manual explains how you can take advantage of your 3CX Phone System. As part of the Call Center Module, we have now introduced 3CX Wallboard. 3CX Phone System is a new VoIP PBX that offers you many more benefits then a traditional PBX. You can read more about 3CX Phone System here.
Wallboard for 3CX Call Center
3CX Wallboard is a web based utility in HTML5 and is designed to be launched via a browser from widescreen LCD/TFT monitors, which are very common in Call Center departments. 3CX Wallboard will show Real Time Queue statistics that are of utmost importance to employees in a Call Center environment. Thanks to this feature, Call Center operators and supervisors are continuously up to date with service level agreements and daily targets. This will increase efficiency and work load output.
