3CX Reseller Testimonial

The following is a testimonial from 3CX Reseller Chris Green, who is successfully selling 3CX at a number of locations. This quote concerns the many benefits of 3CX over his client’s previous PBX and other PBX options, and how Chris implemented 3CX at the customer’s site.

“When I first started selling IP PBX systems, 3CX was at the time the easiest to understand and implement in the shortest amount of time.

One of my customers is an industrial glass company that participates in big contracts to construct hospitals, movie theaters to residential homes. The customer actually got my contact information on the 3CX reseller’s page. Because 3CX is priced so low for licenses, and having the ability to install it on an existing server (reducing the Total Cost of Ownership), 3CX was able to beat out Fonality. Fonality gave a price of $20,000 and I was able to provide a solution for less than half that with no recurring monthly client licenses, saving him an additional $1000 on licensing and support per month.

This glass company was using an old digital hybrid PBX system with no recording capability or voice mail functionality, supporting a total of 15 phones locally and another separate system in Hawaii leveraging another seven phones. A little side note that 3CX cost less than his old phone system. I used the Grandstream GW4108 in his CA location and another GW4104 in the smaller Hawaii branch. Now using the 3CX bridging, this company is able to reduce their costs by over $1000 per month in recurring telephone service. There is only one phone company in Hawaii that provides landlines, and they use their monopoly to gouge their customers with the pricing of their service. Now that 3CX along with the grand stream GW4104 has been installed, calls to and from both sites are free. In addition, calls coming into Hawaii can be queued at both locations simultaneously more effectively and efficiently utilizing existing resources and reducing the need for more head count.

For telecommuting I have installed a Linksys RV082 VPN router for users to login in as agents in different states. Phones are Snom 360, and they use Xlite for the desktop and will be upgrading to Bria so they can configure multiple lines. The overall satisfaction of the customer is very good.”
