Monitoring 3CX WebMeeting Server


3CX WebMeeting Server includes a powerful monitoring tool that will help you monitor all activity on the server. This enables you to effectively manage the 3CX WebMeeting Server and if needed make changes to the server configuration to ensure that the server is operating optimally.

How to Monitor the 3CX WebMeeting Server

Navigate to the “Monitor” page. This page shows the current MCU activity, all the active meetings and all connected users.

The top part of the screen shows a list of all MCUs along with meeting statistics for each, and the time since the information was last updated.

The bottom part shows all active meetings. The “Type” column displays a WebRTC icon  if the meeting takes place using WebRTC, and a Windows icon  if the meeting takes place using the Windows Client. Hovering on the  icon, expands the meeting information to show the user that created the meeting, and the meeting participants.
