3CX Assistant Desk Phone Issue

Hi

I'm currently trying to find a way to get my desk phone to ring when I dial from 3CX Assistant. I have the "Call via PBX - Have 3CX call desk phone in MakeCall mode." selected and I've tried with and without the use intercom when calling check box.

I'm using a Polycom SoundPoint 331 with the latest BootROM and Firmware.

If any additional information is needed, just ask and I'll response ASAP.

I just tested this out myself. If you have the intercom checked, it will start the call with your phone going to intercom, then ring the other phone. If you uncheck it, it will call you, put you on hold until the other party answers, and put you in the call once the other party answers. If this is not how it is working for you, could you explain how your system works?
