3CX Assistant/Member Queue Extension View

Hi

We have a 128sm installation, and the client has stated that it is not practical for the agents (extensions) that are in an individual queue, to see all the extensions in the phone system.

It is critical to their process, that if an agent (extension) is in a queue, then that agent(extension) can only see the extensions that are in the queue that the agent (extension) is a member of.

I have tried many different configuration options, and was unable to accomplish this task.

1. If this option is available, please could you instruct me on how to configure the agent to see only the extensions in his queue in the "3CX Assistant" under "Extensions".

2. If this option is not available, then please let me know when it will be supported as larger type call center solutions need this type of functionality.

I have included a screen shot, that shows extension 107 is part of Queue 2, but he can see all the extensions in the company in the "Extension" list above. He needs only to see the extensions in his queue (107,108,109).
