I have many clients with one common problem - they want to develop an inbound number passing to their CRM software, but cannot find a programmer that will do this.

So to simplify things I want to propose two options for 3CX Assistant:

1. Pass an inbound number to user's input field, i.e. simply keyboard emulation + Enter code. So, all the user need is to set the cursor in some "Enter phone number" field and wait for call. Many bar code scanners work this way.

2. Pass an inbound number as COM port event. Many application can trap these events just like keyboard input.

This way we can integrate Assistant with user's software without programming.
