Our 3CX system is not ringing through all the calls that come to the Patton. If some people call on Verizon cell phones the call is ringing on the Patton but it is never passed on to the phones. Other cell services seem to go through okay such as AT&T and Cricket. The only incoming rule we have in place rings all the phones for any call that comes in on the Patton.
Has anybody else had a problem like this and if so how did you fix it?
