Odd problem.
Backend I'm currently using Switchvox from Digium as a PBX. I tried the 3CX soft phone (which I really like) and noticed that it was unable to pickup voicemail. Here's what happens:
Start 3CX soft phone. Phone registers with server.
Voicemail indicator comes on.
Press button to call voicemail on server. Voicemail answers - "Password?"
Enter password.
System responds "incorrect password. Password?".
1st time I think I've forgotten the password - so I go into the extension configuration and reset the voicemail password for the extension. On the 2nd try I get the same "incorrect password" response from the voicemail system. On the 3rd try I use an alternate IP softphone and get right in.
Anyone else seen this behavior with Switchvox or an Asterisk based PBX?
