3CX Phone on hold when dialing from Outlook

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me out on this one?:

A customer wants to dial from outlook contacts, and I got this working fine with 3CX Softphone, Assistant en CRM integration. :lol:

However.....
When the dial action is being processed, the 3CX phone is in "On Hold" state with LINE1 blinking. This state persists until the called party answers, but then my customer keeps being just some seconds too late to politely greet him/her. :cry:

I fail to get the softphone out of this state manually, and the best solution naturally would be to have audible progress (ringtone and the likes) during the calling process.

Suggestions :idea: Anyone?
