Hi Stepan,

Again thanks but this is not the issue. I have checked and double checked the data config and they are the same on the 3cxsoftphone and the pbx. I have even trurned on the auto provision of the softphone and I can see the pwd set on the phone.

Just to be clear, I have cfg'd my sogtphone which is on the same pc as I have the server but set as ÄOut of office' and to use the 3cx tunnel. As mentioned, whilst I had the original IP range 192.168..., I was able to register and make / receive calls but since I have recfg my network to use the 10..... address range, it all fails.
I have run wireshark and see messages going to and coming from the external IP address, irresepective of whether I use the 'dyndns' or if I place my current external IP address in the 'I am out of office' area. The problem is I am not sure what I should expect to see on the wireshark!!

I have restarted my 3cx server pc, removed and re'cfg the extension that would normally be access externally, shut down and then restarted my router [fritz box 7270], only other thing I can think of at the mo is to reset my network back to the 192.168... and obviously, until I do, I will not know if this will be successful.

Any other ideas or snapshots of what I should receive on wireshark étc would be gratefully received.

Hallo all,

As mentioned, it was my intention to switch everything back to as it was previously, i.e. back to the 192.168...... IP range and to fallback to my original router software config.
Glad I never had the time to do this as I found under the Advanced and Custom Parameters, residual mention of the 192.168 addresses [MS & CM EXTERNALINTERFACES] albeit changing these manually to my 10.....IP of my interface also had little impact.

But I have been able to solve the issue by creating a backup, downloading the whole of v10 again restoring my system, the tunnel function is now 100% operational so bottom line is, I have absolutely no idea what caused the problem!

Regards,

Antler.
