I would like to request that there be an option to ring the internal PC speaker the same way that x-lite does when there is an incoming call. Also, it would be useful if you could set a different audio device to be used for paging only, our employees have external speakers and it would be useful to have them receive pages on them, however, they do not want to use them as phone speakers. This could also be solved by adding a speaker phone device selection and have the pages use that.

Yes, I would like to use x-lite, however, they do not allow commercial use. I believe ringing the PC speaker is a very important feature, how else are you going to know if you have a call when you don't have your headset on?

Same problem with the sjlabs softphone, it has no PC speaker ring option.

They already offer a bulk discount on that quantity, but the cost is still $30+ per phone.

I would like to see this feature in the 3cx phone, I prefer the style and simplicity of the 3cx phone (not to mention the price).

You have strange pc's who dont have an normal speaker (for windows sounds etc?)
Use USB headsets and select the usb for microphone and speaker, ringing can go over the default one.

We use USB headsets, the problem is if someone doesn't have their headset on then they won't know if someone is calling them.

So your computers dont have an onboard speaker. can you play audio on the computer like an radio stream? without the headset?
if no: Then you indeed have an problem
If yes: Set the right sound card as the active one and you dont have any problem.

Most of our PC's do not have internal speakers, and only some have external speakers, most only have the usb headset as a way to receive audio. The way x-lite handles audio devices is perfect, I would like to see the 3cx phone have these sames qualities .
