3cx's voip setting for Broadvoice's mp location

Anyone ever had success with configurating 3cx voip setting using Broadvoice's 2nd device or x11 configuration?

My first broadvoice device config with broadvoic was successful. With the broadvoice's 2nd device or x11 added to the userid for the 2nd device, the 3cx voip config setting would not take the x11. Therefore, this resulted the 2nd broadvoice 3cx voip device unable to register with Broadvoice under the same account.

Anyone had success in overcoming this issue?

I just recently added a second Broadvoice line after a couple of years of success with just one. However, now one of the lines will occasionally unregister even when it shows registered in 3CX. Is this the problem you are experiencing?
