It would be nice if there was a field to let you install your own custom greeting (Prompt) within the extension setup.

As it is now, if I want my extension to play a custom greeting before sending a caller to voicemail, I have to setup a DR just for that extension, then forward the extension to the DR to play the prompt, then have the DR forward back to the extension's voicemail. That's a really silly way to have to do this. But it is the only way I see to do it.

So if you could add an optional prompt field right in the extension setup (same as you have in the DR setup) to insert your greeting, it would be a smarter setup I believe.
