Absturz des kompletten Servers

Ich habe ein großes Problem das evtl. mit der 3CX Software zusammenhängt.
Ich nutze die aktuelleste Version von 3cx zusammen mit dem IIS.
Als Endgeräte kommen AAstra 6757i, 6755i und zwei snom M3 zum Einsatz.

Die Software läuft auf einem virtuellen Windows Server 2003 R2.
Der Host ist ein WIN Server 2008 SP2 Core Server.

Seit dem Einsatz der aktuellen VErsion zusammen mit dem IIS (vorher bis zum letzten Wochenende 7er version 3cx + Cassini) habe ich immer wieder einen totalabsturz des Servers. Und damit meine ich nicht nur das Gast Betriebssystem (WIN 2003R2), sondern den kompletten Host. Dies ist wie gesagt ein 2008er Core mit Hyper-V.

Vor einem solchen Absturz finden sich in der 3CXConfService.xxxxx.log immer gehäuft folgende Einträge:

Ich habe eine solche Datei noch einmal komplett angehängt, da dies nur ein Auszug war.
Gibt es hier bekannte Probleme ? Wie kann ich weiter vorgehen um das Problem zu lösen?

also wenn der Hyper Vison wegen einer VM einbricht wäre in dem Systemprinzip etwas falsch.
Daher gehe ich nicht davon aus, das die VM den Host zum BSOD bringt und würde die Uhrsache hierfür wo anderes.

Ja, vom Prinzip her sollte das nicht gehen.
Ich hatte dies aber bereits ganz am Anfang der Nutzung von 3CX mal immer wenn ich den damaligen VOIP Client verbunden habe. Dies ging dannjedoch irgendwann, wobei ich nicht mehr genau weiß ob es an einem Serversystemupdate oder einem 3cx bzw. Voip Client update hing.
Prinzipiell kann ich es mir höchstens so erklären, dass hier plötzlich eine zu hohe Last erzeugt wird. Wobei das Host System dadurch eigentlich nicht in die Knie gehen dürfte.
Vielleicht irgendwelche Zeit Synchronisationsprobleme zwischen Gast System und Host in Kombination mit dem verwendeten Prozessor, Mainboard,...?

Worauf bezieht sich DN=0?

Soll ich Dir noch weitere Logdateien,... bereit stellen?

Also DN ist ein Telefon, RG , Queue als ein anwählbares Ziel.
Wenn das Ziel nicht mehr vorhanden ist kommt dieses.
In der letzten Version, von Freitag, haben wir einen Checker eingebaut, der Tote Ziele findet und löscht und diese dann auf die Zentralle umleitet.
Installiere mal diese Version mache dann ein Backup und Spiele es noch mal ein.
Siehst du dann immer noch DN Meldungen?

In v8 this message was moved from trace level to warning level of configuration service log.
It appears in case if requested object doesn't exist.

Wollte gerade schreiben, dass zwar das log immer noch die gleiche Meldung zeigt, aber alles bisher läuft, als dann wieder alles abgeschmiert ist.

Bin gerade noch auf der Suche ob ich anhand diverser Logs was fidnen kann.

Das Log sah ca. 15 min vor dem Crash wieder aus wie anfangs beschrieben, wobei das auch nach dem Import schon direkt so los ging. Den Import hab ich gestern Abend um ca. 23 Uhr durchgeführt.

Anbei mal das Log beim Neustart des Systems.

Nun hast du etwas arbeit vor dir,

Schreibe alle DNs auf die DU hast.
Nebenstellen, Queues, Warteschlangen, IVRs, Konferenzräume, 999, 888
und Prüfe ob eine DID oder MSN auf ein Ziel verweißt was es nicht gibt.
Bestätige jede DN mit Apply OK. Danach die Nebenstellen, zeigen diese auf etwas was es nicht mehr gibt?
Alles mit Apply OK neu bestätigen.

Ist der Fehler dann weg?
Aber immer noch, der Hyper V darf nicht abschmieren wenn es die VM tut.
Das Liegt wo anders dran!

Spiele die Konfig doch mal auf einen anderen Host zurück und lass ihn einfach (auch wenn nicht in Benutztung) laufen.
Was passiert mit dem?

Generell sind unsere Durchwahlen bis auf die Zentrale ( 0 ) zweistellig (11-19).
Ausgehend bekommen alle Nebenstellen die Caller-ID 0.

Werde jetzt gleich mal die Geschichte auf nem anderen System importieren und schauen was die Logs sagen.

Nachdem wir heute trotz etwas mehr RAM für den Hyper-V wieder zwei Abstürze hatten, hab ich die komplette 3CX Software mal auf einem normalen WinXP SP3 Client aufgesetzt. Alles komplett neu per Hand eingerichtet.
Bin jetzt mal gespannt ob diese sporadischen Abstürze weiterhin vorkommen oder ob der Server 2003 R2 mit 3CX dafür verantwortlich war.

In der Logdatei scheinen trotz allem schon wieder DN=0 Einträge vorzukommen. Ich werde dies beobachten und im Laufe des morgigen Tages noch mal eine Rückmeldung geben.
