Add Phone Firmware Path to Custom Parameters

Please add Custom Parameter like "Phone Firmware Path" and "Phone Firmware File Name" where I can set http or TFTP path to firmware files for particular phone brand. Currently I have to set this string manually in Provision Template.

This way 3CX can centrally update firmware on all the phones at company.

P.S. Currently I add %%pbx_ip%%:%%pbx_http_port%%/provisioning string at the template, and put all firmware files in provisioning folder on 3CX Server.
