Hi all,

It would be nice to have the system notify the administrator via email when an extension goes offline or when a port\trunk is offline.

I have used this simple [and free!] PingPlotter utility to do what you need.

You have to enter all of the phones IP addresses, and the address of the SIP Trunk server - but once done, it's quite helpful.
