When calling UPS at 800-333-7400 via a VoIP carrier DTMF does not work.
After doing a trace it seems that the SIP "OK" message is not sent until an option is selected (via DTMF).
Since the 3CX phone system can not send DTMF before it receives an "OK" the user can not access the IVR.
Can you allow DTMF messages to be sent before an "OK"?
