I run a support department where we deliberatly DO NOT publish the actual extension numbers for our support staff. With our current system, we publish a central number for everyone in my team so that other staff are discouraged from calling support staff direct.
I realise that we can choose NOT to list these staff in the Assistant but that would look odd in a comprehensive directory. Is it possible to consider another option alongside 'Don't show'? That would be to offer another field to enter an alternative extension number which is used by the Assistant. That way, all my staff could be listed against the same department/reception extension number.
