Hallo zusammen,

Habe 2 x snom 870 und 1 x snom m9 an der 3cx hängen. Das snom 870 an meinem Platz nimmt keine Anrufe mehr an. Hier das Log seit dem ich den Server neu gestartet habe incl. einem missglückten internen Anruf von 102 -> 100. Telefon und Server schon mehrmals neu gestartet, will einfach nicht mehr.

1. Hast did DND Taste gedrückt am Snom 870?
2. Siehst du das Telefon in der "Telefon Übersicht?"

Liegt auf jeden Fall am SNOM. DND versehentlich gedrückt, oder Weiterleitung ohne Zielnummer drin.

Abgehende Gespräche funktionieren, unterstelle ich mal.

Hi,

hatte ich überprüft, war nichts drin. Abgehende Gespräche gingen. Hatte das Snom auch mehrmals neu gestartet: keine Besserung.

Habe anschließend sowohl die Nebenstelle in der Telefonanlage als auch das snom selber neu eingerichtet. Dann funktionierte es.

Scheint irgendwas buggy zu sein. Welche 3CX Version setzt Du ein?

wenn du es nicht im Snom gedrückt hast hast du es ggf im Call Assistant gedrückt?
Das Syncen ist nicht von CA auf snom und zurück die können so alle den status durch die gegeb stellen.

Wähle einmal *60 von dem Telefon geht es dann weider?
