Bonjour,

j'ai un problème assez embêtant, j'ai remarqué que mes téléphones ne marchait pas a chaque fois du moins; en appel sortant que cela soit en interne ou en externe.

La configuration est la suivante. ce sont des téléphones analogiques reliés a une passerelle grandstream 4024 relié au serveur 3cx.

peut-être est ce lié aux logs suivants. Raison: vérification des droits ne correspondant pas, vérifier que l'autorisation-ID et mot de passe correspondent à ceux des paramètres d'extension


hypothèse: le système se mettrait en "blacklisted" (cf log) bloquant les appel externes. je ne sais si tous cela est lié et si mon raisonnement est juste. Mais pourquoi ai-je ces messages? apparemment ce sont des problèmes lié aux extensions et leur autorisations.

Je sèche, si vous avez des solutions, elles seront les bienvenues.

Je ne sais pas si vous avez testé la configuration en utilisant le modèle ici:

En tous cas, à la vue des logs le système (3CX) fini par bloquer la passerelle car les Authentificatin sont erronées entre ce que vous avez saisi pour les postes dans la config du 4024.
Il faut bien vous assuré que les postes correspondent:
GW4024 --------------------- 3CX
SIP User ID ------------------ Numéro de l'extension
Authenticate ID ------------- Identifiant (zone authentifcation)
Password -------------------- Mot de passe ( '' '' ) pour le voir, (depuis version 9.0 cliquez sur les ****
Name ------------------------ Nom ou Identifiant SIP dans l'onglet ''Autre''

Normalement c'est OK.

problème résolu
c'était tout con en fait;dans la config de la grandstream, lors de la saisie des mots de passe rapport aux extentions, la saisie se traduit par un asterix; normal. Cependant apres le reboot de la passerelle pour sauvegarder, les rubriques mots de passes sont devenues vides, me faisant croire que la passerelle ne les avaient pas pris en compte. J'en avait déduit que cette rubrique n'était pas nécessaire au même titre que le nom (pas l'id).

J'ai refait la manip, en mentionnant cette fois-ci tous les mdp pour chaque extension. Au reboot les mdp avaient disparu, mais ces deniers ont quand même bien été pris en compte par le 3cx. les logs d'erreur ont disparus, et le blacklistage aussi par la même occasion.
