Bonjour,

je n'arrive pas à recevoir des appels entrant voici mes logs ( une fois je suis blacklisted et après il me dit erreur d'identifiant ou de password).

Est-ce quelqu'un aurait une réponse à me donner.

vérifiez votre mot de passe, votre autorization id et ID dans "autres"

Dans quel onglet se trouvent ces information.
Mais je ne comprends pas j'ai mis partout le même mot de passe et identifiant mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.

avez vous mis un SIP ID dans l'onglet autre de l'extension ?

si non, mettez le numéro de l'extension et essayez de nouveau

je n'ai pas d'onglet sip id
J'ai cette onglet dans l'onglet extension mais pas dans l'onglet de la configuration de ma passerelle
