Avaya 4600 series IP Phones

Please help , We have about 10 Avaya IP Phones , Model no 4621sw IP, how do i get this phone connected to the 3cx IP Exchange , IS there maybe a template we can download and inport into 3cx system

You can not use those phones with 3CX, you would have to get supported IP phones....

Avaya use a modified h323 protocol, and 3cx use sip you have to use sip phones.

Avaya 4621SW can deal with SIP. Its possible to make it working with Asterisk using SIP.

So with 3CX might so :P
