avvio servizio coda

buongiorno, mi succede che quando riavvio il server 2008 su cui gira 3cx, non si riavvia il servizio della coda di attesa, che quindi devo riavviare manualmente , come posso risolvere????

Nel registro eventi vedi il tentativo di avvio fallito? Segnala il motivo?

ciao Andrea, non ho guardato nel registro eventi del 3cx, attualmente ho risolto agendo sui parametri dei servizi di win2008 forzando il riavvio se il servizio non partiva, dovrò rimettere le cose come erano e verificare il registro di 3cx

questa mattina si è bloccato nuovamente, pur avendo forzato il riavvio del servizio per tre volte in win2008, come faccio a vedere il log completo dalle 08,00 di questa mattina del server 3cx?

Perche non guardi prima di tutto cosa di dice il visualizzatore eventi del server in merito al mancato avvio del servizio??
Se il servizio non parte all'avvio del PC non devi cercarlo nel 3cx ma nella gestione dei servizi del server.

A me è capitata una cosa simile presso un mio cliente e poi scoprii che la poca ram disponibile sulla macchina e le caratteristiche non proprio "giovani" mandavano in timeout dei servizi tra i quali uno di 3cx. Modifcando le regole di avvio dei servizi riuscii a rimettere a posto le cose, anche se la soluzione definitiva sarebbe dovuta essere quella di cambiare la macchina.

grazie per la risposta, il server è un fujitsu econel con 4 gb di ram e win2008, penso dovrebbe essere sufficiente, per il fatto che non dipenda da 3cx il linea di massima mi trovi daccordo, purtoppo non si verifica sempre ma spesso.
